Sunday, Jack met up with Daddy on the 9th green to play the entire back 9 with him and Henry's dad, Matt (aka "Mr. Matt" our next door neighbor). He started out by hitting the green on his first shot on the 10th, then made a 10 on the Par 5 11th hole starting on the front tees (255 yards). That included getting up & down in 2 from the greenside bunker. Yes, he got out of the bunker with his 7-iron and 1-putted the green.
He had an absolute blast, usually playing from the 150-yd marker in. He learned some ettiquete as it's hard to stay still and quiet when you're nearly 4. After the 18th, he told us he beat us both and wanted to go to the range to hit more balls (we went home, old guys were tired).
So happy he loves golf.

Camp GrandMary & GrandPat
Jack's cousins, Laurel and Landon, spent 6 days in Austin last week. GrandMary and GrandPat planned lots of fun activities for the kids. From swimming to Putt-Putt, all had an excellent time. We especially loved visiting family friend Gavin at his firehouse!
GrandMary ordered a cookie cake for the firemen. In red and orange icing it said, "Firemen are Hot!" While this mortified her son, the rest of us thought it was pretty funny.

A "Wicked" good time...
....was had by all on a recent couples night out. After dinner at Vivo, we headed to Bass Concert Hall to see the musical "Wicked". Thanks to our social coordinator, Laura, for organizing a fabulous evening!
"The Girls": Laura, Crystal, Dawn, Amy & Stacey
"The Boys": Guy, Daniel, Wes, Mark & Sam (and some of Vivo's notorious artwork)
